Tell Us About Your Project
This is the beginning—a simple, no-pressure invitation to start the conversation about your custom home design or renovation. Please call, email, or complete our contact form to share your project goals, including your property’s location and how we can best serve you. We’ll follow up with a phone call or email to schedule your consultation.
Schedule a Consultation
Once you’ve shared some initial information, we’ll invite you to a complimentary 45-minute Google Meet consultation. This is an important step to see if we’re the right fit for one another. We’ll talk through your site, your family’s needs, your timeline, and your budget, and answer any questions about what it’s like to work with an architect—all in a relaxed, no-obligation conversation.
Review the Agreement
If our consultation confirms that we’re the right team to tell your architectural story, we’ll prepare a Letter of Agreement for The Story Session™ outlining our scope, process and fixed design fee. The fee varies for each project based upon project scope and complexity, but starts at $2,500.

This is where the design truly begins. Because every Legacy Home™ is shaped by its setting, our first official step is a deep site analysis—our signature service we call The Story Session™. We’ll meet you on your property to walk the land, study its light, views, and character, and talk through your goals. This immersive, architect-led experience forms the foundation of your custom home design.

With the foundational insights from our Story Session™, the official journey of designing your custom Legacy Home™ officially begins. We then move into our full architectural design process with a new Letter of Agreement—whether for new construction, a significant addition, or a major interior renovation. This is where we translate your family’s unique story into a home that is timeless, beautiful, and entirely your own.
